– A complete set of documents is always provided to you for your new land and house
– The land title papers are “Chanote Title,” the best possible land title in Thailand
– The House Registration Book (“Blue Book”) contains your new address and house details.

– All of our projects are fully funded prior to the start of construction, so there are no issues regarding completion. We are not reliant on pre-sales in order to finish a project.
– Projects are completed within 12-15 months so there are no issues about living on a building site for years.
